Chief Felix Kolawole Bajomo (MNI) ; a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, a seasoned Banker, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS), Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (ACMA), a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Member of the British Institute of Management (MBIM) amongst others.
He started his working career as a Clerk with the Federal Ministry of Health and later joined the VBank of West Africa (now first Bank of Nigeria Plc). He later traveled to Uk to further his education and was appointed the Financial Accountant of Pye TMC Limited, the first black person to hold such position in the Pye group of companies in 1970.
He served as an Executive Director in Savannah bank from 1984-1986 and also held the same position in Union Bank of Nigeria from 1986-1990. At various times, he was on contractual basis Vice chairman of United Commercial Bank and Commercial Trust Bank Limited.
Between March 2002 and September, 2003, he was appointed Chairman of Odu’a Investments Company Limited-the conglomerate owned by the Western Nigeria states of Ekiti, Osun, Ogun, Ondo and Oyo. He was again reappointed Chairman of the conglomerate from October 2003 to July 2004. He is currently the Chairman for the Board of Federal Housing Authority.
